Booking price comparison: AirAsia.com vs MalaysiaAirlines.com
Look first of all, I'm from Kuching, Sarawak and currently I'm studying at University Malaysia Kelantan, Kelantan. So the price will be based on my flight commute between Kuching and Kota Bharu. Both websites will be on the option of return flight ticket which means from Kota Bharu to Kuching.
AirAsia.com

(Depart: Kuching, Sarawak(Saturday, 26 Oct) , Return: Kota Bharu, Kelantan(Thursday, 31 Oct))
Price: RM 478.01 *without Tune Protect and any extra fees such as seating options, food, etc*
MalaysiaAirlines.com

*booking price was chosen based on the cheapest price on that day*
Price: RM 769.18 *without MHinsure and any extra fees such as seating options, food, etc*
CONSLUSION
In my honest opinion, AirAsia.com gives the better services when I'm trying to book a flight. Besides that, the flight fares is also cheaper than MalaysiaAirlines.com. In addition to that, the user experience when I'm trying to use AirAsia.com is fantastic. I have no problems when I'm trying to log in to AirAsia.com whereas when I'm trying to log in to MalaysiaAirliines.com, the loading is really slow even when I have a 4G connection.
Winner: AirAsia.com
